If you are looking for a personal trainer near Norwich, then you have come to the right place. Our friendly personal training studio in Hethersett, offers clients the chance to exercise in a professional, supportive and fun environment.
All ages and abilities are welcome so whatever level you are currently at, we will work with you to build your fitness, strength and general conditioning. We encourage you to come at least 15 minutes early to warm up before your session. That way, you will be ready to start and make full use of your 30 minutes for the main workout. However, if you only have half an hour to train then we can incorporate the warm-up into your workout.
Our personal training sessions are a mixture of different circuit training techniques (of which there are many) and HIIT. We have lots of gym kit here, to ensure that you have a varied, challenging, fun and effective workout. Within a typical session with us, you could be on the mat hitting out lots of core work, followed by some bodyweight and resistance exercises using dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells. You may be hitting the pads with me, completing a series of booty band exercises, working on the treadmill, bike, or rowing machine.
